Mineral Oil-Free, Retail Cartons and Packaging.

At Dollard Packaging we produce Mineral Oil Free Packaging using board sourced which has no mineral oil content and in addition we use Mineral Oil-Free Inks for our printing process.

We also provide a Waxing facility for carton board; this waxing offers increased protection against moisture, taint and odour. It is clear, tasteless and odourless.

Dollard packaging can offer a full range of Retail, Food, Pharma and Gift packaging covering many pack formats including Cartons Sleeves, Trays and Folders. These products are all produced at our Dublin facility to specification and exact requirement. Contact the sales team now.

Dollard Packaging installed a new Hot Melt Glue line for the purpose of gluing heavy board grades and foil laminates.

This page will give details of products available off the shelf and special offers on print runs, form stock boards updated monthly etc.

Shelf Ready Packaging(SRP) Production
Dollard Packaging increases production of SRP Style Packaging.
Product can be placed directly on shelf, counter or the shop floor without being unpacked. Usually made from Litho Lam E Flute or B Flute Corrugated with tear off or perforated section for display.

Postal Packs
Dollard Packaging starts production of postal pack for the direct mail market.
These 4 corner glued cartons, printed up to six colours with tear strip and doubled sided tape closure. These cartons are ideal for posting and promoting direct mail products, free gifts, voucher loyalty cards etc.
