PRINTING CAPABILITIES
Cartons are printed using UV inks on 7 unit printing presses with inter-deck drying and a choice of in line UV or Aqueous coating.
Finishing
Cartons are finished in a variety of styles from straight line glued, crash-lock, 4 and 6 corner infold glued, tapered and partition styles.
Additional Features; Embossing, Debossing, Brail, Rippa Tape, Double Sided tape, Tear Strip, Gold Foiling.

Printed Litho-laminated cartons are supplied in B-Flute and E-Flute, offering added strength to heavier and larger products. Some examples: large cartons for the Games Sector, Single Liqueur/Spirit Bottle Cartons and 2 to 6 Wine Bottle Carriers for the Drinks / Beverage Sector. |

Window patched cartons.
We can window patch both solid board and laminated cartons with a clear acetate window so that the product can be viewed while in the package e.g. Bottle cartons and Sweet cartons. |

Waxed cartons
A dedicated waxing machine applies a wax coating to the inside of cartons that come into direct contact with food. This applies mainly to Ice Cream cartons but can be used for other applications if deemed necessary, for example: Cake boards and Pizza Base protectors. |

Pre-erected containers and trays.
Pre-erected containers and trays are produced on a clamshell tray erector and supplied to the customer nested and ready for filling at the outlet, e.g. Popcorn containers for the Movies and Chicken Nuggets/Burger/Chip Trays for the Fast Food Sector and Fresh Produce. |
