Machinery and Equipment
Printing and finishing is carried out in modern purpose built premises on state of the art equipment.

Printing presses range from four to six colours with interdeck uv drying and perfecting on one unit. Coating options are both aqueous and UV, in line.

All carton styles can be accommodated on our Bobst Die Cutters and folder gluers (Hot and Cold) including straight line, four and six corner, tapered and partition styles. Cartons can be supplied litho laminated, window patched or waxed for direct food contact such as ice cream cartons.

Dollard Packaging's extensive range of machines are produced on equipment, equipped with the latest high tech requirements necessary to produce top of the range printed folding cartons.
Other ancillary equipment include a Laminator, for E, B and Micro Flute Corrugated, a Window Patcher and a Specialised Tray Erector - all of which give Dollard the capability to fulfil your specific packaging requirement.

In-House Computer Aided Design (CAD) Facility
Dollard can offer construction design and help clients to develop optimal packaging solutions. Plotter samples and keylines are produced for testing and approval before proceeding to graphic design and print.

In-House colour separation and reproduction, step and repeat and plate-making facilities are also available using the latest Apple Macintosh workstations, Scitex Imagesetters, digital Proofing and Krause plate making systems. Client's designs can be received digitally by Adsl, ISDN or on disc, alterations made if required and further digital proofs supplied for final approval before laying down plates for printing. This enables us to offer our customers a comprehensive service from structural and graphic design right through to the final product with all processes handled in-house while devoting the utmost attention to detail.

Dollard Packaging supplies a full range of Packaging Materials encompassing Plain and Printed Corrugated boxes - Bags Plastic and Paper - Labels - Protective Foam and Thermoplastic End caps/Trays, Envelopes - Transit Packaging – Tape / Palletwrap / Strapping etc.

We also provide a Packaging Management Service; we will manufacture, source, store and deliver all your packaging needs to your specific requirements.

We provide weekly inventory reports, with stock alerts for reordering, so you never run out. We will bill as we deliver so you benefit from better cash-flow management and reduced inventory on site.
