The FSAI is hosting a 2-day international food science conference entitled “The Science of Food Safety – What’s our Future?”
The two-day event will focus on microbiological safety and chemical safety and will be a mixture of plenary sessions and parallel microbiological and chemical safety sessions.
It will feature international and national keynote speakers from the food industry. Regulatory chemists; toxicologists; microbiologists; policymakers; food law enforcement practitioners; academics and their teams working in chemical and microbiological food safety; food industry scientists; scientific consultants and non-governmental organisations from Ireland and abroad are invited to participate in a unique and valuable event programme.
